We spend a ton of time on or near Summit Avenue, because we live two blocks off of it. We are always using it regardless of whether it is the most direct route. We take Summit just to see the old homes and the neighborhood. We drive by the governor's mansion quite often. Give him our ideas that he needs to know...
Its just one of those places, it's the old vintage homes and the mansions and just kind of taking a step back in time, but in the present at the same time. Everyone is different, everyone's more calm on that street, just kind of enjoying themselves. There's runners and walkers, bikers everywhere. It's just another one of my favorite places in the Twin Cities and that's Summit Avenue.
